The Makana Municipality Integrated Development Plan (IDP) along with those of other local municipalities in the district feeds into the Sarah Baartman District Municipality’s IDP which in turn informs the Annual Provincial Plans (APP). This determines the Eastern Cape Annual Provincial Budget.
